eDNAture
We are working on environmental DNA technology for indirect detection of organisms in an environment. Traditional tools used to find organisms in soil, water and air, are often hard to compare, time-consuming and costly. eDNA technology is a faster and cheaper way to detect and keep track of species without observing them. It can be applied for early and more precise detection of pathogens in fish farming or pests in agriculture, for example.
